If your wanting to sell your home, you need someone to be honest with you. I don't list every home that I can. I have turned listings down. Not a lot of agents do that. What I do is research. I find out what properties in your area have sold recently and what made those properties turnover. Then I visit your home and armed with my research, compare it to those that have sold. We have been riding around looking for a home to rent when we seen Billy standing in fornt of a small house. We stopped and ask about rent. He said I don't rent but I'll sell you a home. He gave us the name and number of a lender and that night we had approval to buy a home. Billy showed us 4 homes and we could'nt be happier. Billy took his time to find me a home. Last year he helped me for four months. Other agents wanted me to be pre qualified before talking to me. Billy showed me four homes and talked to me about my financial situation. We made offers on two different homes and could not get them to work out. Then one day he called me at work and said their was a new home on the market. He said he had already previewed it eariler that morning and he called me at 10 am! He said he thought I'd like it and it was a value. We looked that evening and he was right, I bought the home. I have recently sent my sister to him. She wanted to buy a home but needed to sell hers first and would not  list the home unless she found one first. Billy went ahead and showed her three homes. Then only a week later he called her with another home to look at and said I have a potential buyer for your home. It was a hard deal to put togather but Billy pulled it off. I'm so glad I sent her to him another agent may have looked at it as a waste of time.
