Originally from the Bay Area. 

I enlisted in the Navy after high school and spent the better part of a decade at sea until a few amazing people thought I'd be better as a commissioned officer. 

I studied Aerospace Engineering at Iowa State University and Architectural Engineering at the University of Kansas before exiting the Navy, changing majors, and transferring to Avila College.

I landed an internship with UBS Warburg during my last eligible summer and left NYC with a full-time offer.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Finance degree then packed my bags for Stamford, CT.  to see what investment banking and fixed income securities were all about.  This was 2000.

After 9/11 everything I thought was cool about finance got replaced with a sense of urgency and harsh reality of just how fragile life is.

So I packed it up again and moved back to Kansas City in 2003 with no regrets.

I ran across Home inspections before I knew anything about houses, but that was 20 years ago.

In 2019, Bulldog Professional Inspection Services became Kansas City's only Top 25-under-25 home inspection company and one of its best small businesses.

Today, I'm a full-time father to two amazing young men and enjoy a thriving lifestyle business helping people all over Kansas City find great homes.  I also enjoy helping new home inspectors get better faster while occassionally gifting my services to deserving families.
