As a Second Generation Realtor I have a great understanding of the "Service" that you need to provide. I have a great support network around me, and I am the type of agent that if I don't have the answer I know where to find it. I have been a Realtor in Washington State since 2000. I moved to Washington from Alaska in 1998. Before I became a Realtor I worked as a property manager for Vacation rentals in Girdwood Alaska. Prior to living in Alaska, I worked as an unlicensed assistant for my mom and other agents in her office while I finished my schooling.  One interesting fact about me is that when I left Alaska I actually worked for Union Pacific railroad as a Conductor/Hostler (My Dad retired after 38 years with Southern Pacific and my brother still Runs for U.P.R.R.) and that is how I found my way to the great Pacific Northwest I worked for the U.P.R.R. for about 3 years before committing full time to Real Estate.

My Mom has been one of the biggest role models and influences in my real estate careers, I have watched her help strangers, who in the process became friends, neighbors and family members buy and sale homes always showing care and respect.  I constantly use her as a resource and I am still learning from her every day, and now with the role that technology is playing in Real Estate I am able to teach her something's as well (although the scales will never ever, ever, ever be balanced!!!)

I value ever type of client relationship buyer and seller; they each bring something to the table that I love about this industry. The first time buyer is such a thrill to work with to help create that American Dream of Home Ownership, that's a high that last and lasts. Listing and then selling a property gives me a feeling of accomplishment, another successful partnership. I look forward to building relationships, and exceeding the expectations of everyone I am fortunate enough to do business with.
