Caroline, Intercoast West, The Beaches, Mayport NS, USCG Sector Jacksonville and new construction. However, I conduct business anywhere in the Jacksonville area.

I moved to the Jacksonville Area after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Sciences from The Florida State University and has continued her education in Real Estate through various training and educational programs such as GRI.  I also prides myself in keeping up with current market trends and innovative marketing tools.

I consider myself an expert in the Jacksonville area.  I enjoy assiting first time buyers or individuals that are new the Jacksonville region.  Not only am I passionate about finding newcomers their dream home, but I pride myself on assisting them with their entire transition-from suggesting the best restuarants to finding a short cut to work! I have extensive knowledge and experience finding first time home buyers lending programs to get the assistance they deserve (often with as little as $500 down or VA loans).
