I understand that purchasing in the British Virgin Islands is a educational process and am willing to answer questions and work with a buyer as they execute their plan to purchase.  Sometimes it takes years for a client to get their lives ready to purchase, or to find their dream home, I do not mind how long it takes, I will work all the way thru with you.

My average buyer is 54-55, an enterprineur, and has a 5 year plan to live full or part time in the BVI.  The BVI population is amazing, people from the world over call the BVI home, it is the cross roads of the world, especially the sailing world.
