Moving to Ocala has been a life transforming event.  I was born and raised in NY and moved here nearly 4 years ago.  The diversity of Real Estate options are tremendous.  In NY I was strictly involved in Residential houses but Ocala offers so much more,  55+ Communities, Commercial Properties, Residential, Condo's, Leasehold homes,Lots & Land, Farms.  It is limitless!

When you go to a new location you want to feel comfortable with the people you meet and the homes you see.  It is great to have someone who knows a good place to stay or a good place to eat.  That is what I care about, I've found that my customers care about those things too.  It makes all the difference!  Need a map or a newcomer package?  Call me or email me and I'll get it to you,  I'm looking forward to meeting you face to face!

  I never turn my phone off unless I am with a customer so I can give them my full, undivided attention.  In that event, I promptly return all of my missed calls after I finish with them. 

If my customers have questions or concerns, I'm just a phone call away!   Knowing everything is not as important as knowing where to find the accurate answers to important questions.   

Along with my knowledge of the various aspects of Real Estate I have plenty of resources "in the know" to assist me.   

I've listed and sold Residential Homes, Homes in 55+ Communities, Farms & land.  My experience and knowledge in our local Real Estate market is very diverse which helps me serve my customers better.  Honesty, integrity and fairness are extremely important to me and a vital ingredient in customer satisfaction and my future business.

Although horses have always been an interest and a part of my life, since I've moved to Ocala nearly 4 years ago I have been privileged to merge my passion for Real Estate with my passion for horses. 

Real Estate in Ocala is very diverse and one can certainly get an education on various facets of homes, land, farms and commercial properties.  I have truly enjoyed my nearly 4 years in Real Estate here in Ocala (almost 6 years total) and look forward to many, many more years at finding the dream home for my customers. 

It is very important to me that my customers be happy with their decision to buy their house and that the process goes forward as smoothly as possible.

Within the last year we have begun a TV series here in Ocala that we are hopeful will turn into a national TV program.  This show is called the Ocala Horse Show and can be viewed on the web at:  www.ocalahorseshow.com.
