To whom it may concern:

 The purpose of this letter is to document the exceptional customer service provided by Brian Curran at National City Mortgage during my relocation to Raleigh, NC in November 2006.

 He listened and responded well to my questions and was responsive to my situation.  He seemed to go out of his way to make things work out.  He made an extra effort to meet with me face to face to explain the terms, options, and to get me familiar with the area.

He made me feel that he had my best intersest at heart and was not looking out for just himself.  I recall that one of his main goals was to ensure a smooth and stress-free closing and he delivered.

I found the terms and interest rate to be very competitive.  On the day of the closing all the documents were ready to go with no issues surrounding the loan.
