All is under the land! I have worked with Land in some capacity since 1973 and I love it!  I have over 30 years of technical experience in Title Research, Permitting, Surveying, Engineering, Site Planning, Highways, and Mapping fields. As part of a support team for major South Florida Consulting firms some projects that I am proud to have been involved in are:

•  the Platting of Joe Robbie Stadium;
•  Archaeological Survey of Sawgrass Mills Mall;
•  Mapping of Seminole Tribe Reservation;
•  Member of All Women's Archaeological Research Expedition (AWARE) in Luxor, Egypt;
•  Project Coordinator for Mapping of Prehistoric Cave for the Florida Archaeological Conservancy
•  Numerous other projects in the Dade/Broward Area

In 1994 I settled in Okeechobee and late became a licensed Realtor.

•  2003 My first full year as an agent I was named in the Sterling Society (top 20%) of Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide;
•  2004 was named in the Diamond Society (top 16%) of Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide;
•  2005 Sterling Society (top 20%) of Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide;
•  2006 became a candidate for ULC (Urban Land Consultant) and member of RLI (Realtors Land Institute);

•  2008 Director on Board of Directors for the Okeechobee County Board of Realtors
•  2008 Joined the Prestigious Firm of Pristine Properties International, that in addition to Residential and Commercial Real Estate, participates with Cabelas Trophy Properties specializing in Sporting and Recreational Properties.

I look forward to the bright future of Okeechobee County! Our County experienced unprecedented growth in the last few years, and was rated as the 93rd fastest growing county in 2006. That rating got some attention from both our local fathers and those looking to invest in Okeechobee. Those "in the Know" are aware of the  undertone of preparation for even more explosive growth in the future. When the market turns around again, we will be ready. Our county fathers are using this reprieve in rapid growth to prepare for what is to come.  I have a keen interest in the Future Land Use plans for our County and keep tabs on the Plan Amendments that will shape that future. Those plans are being radically revised to prepare for our future! This is a great time to invest in Okeechobee!
