I have had specialized training in MLS research and I do an in depth analysis before I make a recommendation. After that I roll up my sleeves and help my sellers put their best foot forward in the market place. I share all my secrets for marketing, advertising and staging. I make it a point to tell the truth even when it hurts. I offer a tierd commission structure so a seller can choose their level of service needed and I give guarantees on my work, eg, cancellation guarantees and my "Love or Leave it" guarantee. For buyers I will review as many homes as necessary before they set foot in one, to save them time and money when we go shopping.
