I guess the best place to start is to give some background on myself. Currently I am the Qualifying Broker for Sun Real Estate, Inc., a 14 yr young independent brokerage in Millbrook, Alabama owned by my wife and me. In addition to myself, we have six agents and one associate broker.

Prior to real estate, my background ranges from the lawn & garden industry to golf course development to commercial development.

Our primary marketing areas include the cities of Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook & Wetumpka. In addition, we work rural timber & farm land in the surrounding counties of Chilton, Shelby, Elmore, Autauga, Dallas & Montgomery.

My passion outside of real estate is flying my vintage V-tail Bonanza and relaxation time is usually spent with my wife and family either at home or in Destin, FL.

I was born in Houstin, TX where I continued to live off and on until the early eighties when I relocated to Alabama. What a change!! I spent summers in Michigan until graduating from college. This dual lifestyle enhanced my awareness of people's differences, backgrounds and ideas.

My real estate sales experience includes everything from land, homes, & subdivision to golf courses and shopping centers. I've also handled many commercial leases for restaraunts, retail and wholesale customers. In the past 8 years I have been involved in several housing developments on which is Summerfield in Deatsville, Alabama. Summerfield is going into its 8th phase of 10 with over 170+ homes already sold & occupied.
