I have been a Kent area resident for 35 years and have seen the area grow from a sleepy little town to the sprawling metropolis we now enjoy. It is truly a pleasure to be a part of that growth, and to help make my friends dreams come true.

    I consider myself more of an educator than a sales person. With this approach I can concentrate on helping people learn how to make a smooth transition to their new home.  In this journey, the road ahead can be a little rough, so I like to say, "Let me be the suspension in your Real Estate Race car". With you behind the wheel and me working hard for you, success is just around the bend!!
    

   I was born in Seattle way back in 1964. I have lived in Washington, California, Alabama, Georgia & Minnesota, yet Washington is my home. I am a Husband, father, home maker and realtor for a local real estate company in Kent WA. I love outdoors and am pretty fond of the indoors too! I like dirt biking, mountain biking, Karaoke, hiking, I have snowboarded 2 times and like it. I can fix almost anything. I am active in my church and served a mission to Georgia way back in 1983-85. I am a sensitive, spiritual person with a great deal of love for others. I have some great friends, who support me, and believe in me. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.I feel blessed to be a part of this work we all strive to accomplish together. I wish each of you the best success in your labors and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me.

   I believe we never know how far the ripples will reach when we toss a pebble of kindness into the pond of another's heart.

I changed offices in March 2008. I am now at Masterpiece Properties in Kent WA.  My last office was RE/MAX in Covington, where I assisted the office as one of the Brokers. It was a great opportunity for me to work under one of the best Brokers I have ever met. I have learned so much over the last 4 years from him, and I will always be grateful for his council, patience and careful teaching. With the experience I have, I find I am most comfortable helping Sellers and Buyers find their way thru the pitfalls of Residential transactions. The most important part of my job is to keep my principle safe and informed throughout the transaction.
