Brandon Hoffman, Realtor, ASR, RFS, Team Leader
Brandon Hoffman is a full time, award winning Realtor that was born and raised in the Midlands of SC. Brandon is in the top 10% of agents in Columbia, has a great reputation, is results oriented, & takes pride in offering outstanding customer service. Brandon is the team leader that dedicates most of his time to overseeing pending sales and property marketing but also works directly with buyers as time permits. Brandon is a finance specialist to help ensure you get a fair loan on your new home which is at least as important as negotiating a fair price.

Brandon graduated from Clemson University and still holds season tickets as an avid sports fan. Brandon enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and technology. Brandon has lived in Rock Hill, Fripp Island/Beaufort, & Hilton Head Island in between growing up in Swansea and moving back to Columbia. Brandon's wife, Jessica, is a program director with the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission and has also worked at the YMCA so Brandon stays well informed on the local recreation opportunities as well as the real estate trends. 

Karen Pruette Fagan, Buyer Specialist
Karen Pruette Fagan is the team's Buyer Specialist. Karen's only job is to work with buyers to make the buying process simple and enjoyable. She helps find the perfect home for the buyer and then works hard to ensure a smooth on time closing. Karen has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and in sales since 1993. Karen's father is currently in his 33rd year as a Realtor and owns his a franchise in the Carolinas.

Karen currently lives in Columbia and her children attend the local schools. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Garnet Noblet, Office Manager
Garnet Noblet is the office manager that handles most of the paperwork. Her job is to follow-up with agents, attorneys, lenders, and others involved in a real estate transaction to make sure no details slip through crack. Garnet also handles marketing and reviews documents for accuracy.

Garnet lives in Columbia and has 2 children, ages 13 and 10.
