It is now official. Our previous townhouse has gone under contract. It took a whopping four days to sell. First off I want to say THANK YOU, I actually can not THANK YOU enough. You went above and beyond for us.  I only hope we can one day pay you back by most defiantly referring anyone we know (including ourselves) to you for the purchase of a home.  I admire you and your southern hospitality greatly and appreciate everything you have done.  I know I would have been much more of a mess trying to deal with the management company if you would not have been involved.  Your presence in this relocation has been enormously helpful. You are a wonderful Realtor and resource.   I also want to apologize for being a nuisance at any time (as I know I have been).  Relocating with 2 toddlers and the issues that arose from trying to rent our own home and finding a home there at the same time, defiantly stressed me out more then usual.  I am looking forward to a much calmer environment once we get there, and this is all done.
