LEXINGTON, KY LBAR MLS Statistical Data for April

For April 2007, closed sales are down but reported pendings are up over April 2006. 

The entire April report is not complete yet, but preliminary numbers show that there were 811 reported sales closed compared to 897 in April 2006. 

Pendings are 1,091 in April 2007 compared to 1,029 in April 2006. 

Year to date, sales are down 4% compared to 13% nationwide. 

As of 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, there were 6,626 active residential properties on our MLS.
