It should be pretty obvious to anyone visiting the site that we made a couple changes to the front page of ActiveRain this morning.  It is just the prelude to many more changes over the next week or two.  We wanted to make sure we highlighted some areas of the site that were getting lost in the shuffle.  As always lot us know what you think.

CHANGES TO THE RAIN!  Well it is about time.

This old jaloppy needed a good overhaul. How long has it been since you did anything to improve this antique... a week?

Thanks as always,

Me

Well - I am still new to activerain so I don't know all that it has to offer - maybe when you hover over the images it could give a little description on what each section is about.

Thanks

Interesting changes.  I like it but I would make sure you don't make things too busy or you'll lose people's interest when they visit the site.

Can you put a place for the GROUPS to be found, guys......

I really think some of them SHOULD be found by the public.....

also can you make a way for a founder to make the group ABLE to be found (OR hidden) by the public....can you do that??

Matt,

Okay, dumb question, what is: Inman Bloggers Connect?

Inman News - Bloggers Connect

BTW, the front page does look cleaner.

Thanks,

Changes are looking very good! Before - much of the screen was taken up with the map of the USA.  This is much more like an entry "foyer".  Thanks!

You guys (and ladies)  do a bang up on making constant improvements to the site.  I look forward to your continued efforts.

The only thing I DO NOT LIKE about the front page change... is that the map showing people how to get to the "members" is not large enough to even make someone want to search for ME.. That's right ..it's all about ME.. hahahaha.... So, here I am - Pam Guthrie, Seaside Realty - Serving the Grand Strand of South Carolina from Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island, SC
