Looks very contemporary. Will they have music (live), Farmers Markets or? We have a few places like this but the big push here is for NON-Chain stores....

This place is huge.. how many residential units are there? They are trying something similar in Marina Del Rey.. but nothing on this scale..

I'm going to date myself, but I went to Smoky Hill High School. It use to be the last thing out there. Once upon a time if you wanted to drive past Smoky Hill is was all dirt roads straight to Kansas.

I have been there, its a huge development, and there is alot more coming to that whole 470/Smoky Hill area. My company is actually working on a development there along 470 if anyone has clients interested in the area. We will be doing a mix of retail and office.

Dena, that's true, but this is growing and growing, I live one mile away from the Southlands mall, hope that one day in the near future my home appraise very well for that reason :)
