With so many topics available, Active Rain has the makings of the perfect real estate textbook. If not for a college class, certainly for every practicing real estate agent, new or experienced. The vast amount of knowledge and years of experience represented here is overwhelming. If you added all the years experience up, how many centuries would that be? What a wonderful source of information and, best of all, its FREE!

Need to address listing issues? Got a problem with sellers not wanting to accept the comps? Are open houses worth the effort? How do you use the Internet to maximize your exposure to potential clients? Need a dose of daily inspiration? Down in the dumps and need some humor? Which broker should a new agent choose? Is it time to start your own brokerage? The list of questions goes on and on..... an Energizer bunny of real estate knowledge!

Now that might be a book worth buying! The Active Rain Compendium of Real Estate Knowledge.... just a thought.
