Real Estate Shows is rocking the South East Florida Real Estate Market!!
That's right,.. not only is it evident on Active Rain, but in the field as well.
While I take off my real estate sales hat and put on my real estate appraiser hat, I start making calls to confirm sales on possible comparables and I am running across more and more people using Real Estate Shows. So I thought to add the question to the list of my boring old ones.. you know..
Were there any seller concessions on that deal? (boring and frustrating)
How was the condition of that home? Any major upgrades? (boring).. 'Yes they just painted it!! yipeeee!!! :)
Was there any distress on that sale, like divorce or just had to move? -'Nope, no distress, but he owned 5 properties and wanted to get rid of them..' :))
So here is my daily routine and I've come to accept it since I can't really change it. I also repeat my mantra between calls.. -"Anger is a sign of weakness" :)
So now, my new questions when I notice that the agent uses Real Estate Shows..
4. So How do you like that Real Estate Shows for your virtul tours?
And the mood seems to change instantly!! (note to self, maybe I should ask that first?) Oh I LOVE it!! they say.. so i reply with a quick,.. -"yeah? really? what's to like?"
And they start babbling like a kid with a new popsicle..
Oh you can have unlimited shows !!
and they are so easy to make !!
and it only takes a few minutes !!
and they have all this neat music !!
and you can pan from this angle to that angle !!
and you can have an unbranded or branded show!!
and its unlimited!! did i say unlimited ?!!
I just LOVE using those shows !!
Wow.. they seem to be excited!! So of course, my good friend Nick (aka, my ego) likes to have some good, clean fun.. -"Well, you know that I know the owner of Real Estate Shows".. well, it's kinda true.. :))
-"Really?" they ask, like a child in hopes of going to the local fair
-"Yes I do.. I'll let him know that you absolutely love the product and I'll try to get them to incorporate some new stuff into it.." (as if they aren't always working on something.., but what do they know? hee heee)
Then I think at all the fun we use it for, and another 1001 uses for Real Estate Shows:
Showing off your Staging Services with before and after photos
or even compiling a selection of photos for your sellers during the process.. (yes, someone was taking pictures of me one day during an inspection.. Nick was a super star that day!! )
Nice job Nick, it's nice to get excited about an application that can benefit a lot of people and this product is just not for the Real Estate industry.

Duude! talk about a plug! That's prety rad! Where's the boss? Has tool boy not seen the news? Now seriously.....it's an awesome tool - I'm been trying to come up with creative ways to incorporate my real estate shows, did you know you can upload panoramic shots now? and video? It only gets better. Please tell Nick to stay cool.
Great product.... I love Real Estate Shows.... When I found out Jeff was the "creator" I was thrilled to have him as a contributor in this forum.... and with your "plug"... I think he owes you some appraisal business... or maybe some surfing lessons from what I could tell from your outing....

Hey, Nick! Your "rubbing ribcages" thing made me remember something I was supposed to tell you. Tall One wanted me to let you know she's not that tall. She's just taller than ME. (Not Craig, MEEEEE.) I'm 5'2"ish, so it wasn't hard for her to become the Tall One. Little One will one day be taller than me, too. My husband's about a foot taller than me so they have a chance not to have to search for pants in the petite section their whole lives. Tall One thinks you are SO COOL. She wants to think of more smilies for you. She says mine are all wrong, but you have good ones.

Yes, this is a very easy and FREE tool! Another great thing you can do with it, is use it as a personal message on your home page. You can talk about your website, how you do business, what you like about where you live and link it it your site. This is a great way to make a real and honest connection with a potential client!
