Starting tomorrow I will be publishing a new series twice a week. It will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be focused on how home owners can increase the value of their homes; even in a declining market. I got the inspiration for this series from HGTV. This is right, I am an HGTV junkie and proud of it.

I was up late night as usual and in the midst of winding down, I saw this show coming on from HGTV. It was centered around this very subject, yet it gave a crash course lesson. I am hoping that the articles that I do will not be crash course style. At the moment, I have planned 23 enteries. There can be more, but I am not sure of them yet.

Now, what I would like to do is see if there is anyone out there that would like to provide some pictures to this series that can be used. The pictures will be linked to any site that you would like to have linked.

Email me your pictures and links.

5 Comments on New Series: Increase the Value of your Home

Danny- What a great idea. Kudos to you for being pro-active and thinking of doing something creative to put a little spark in your site. BTW- I too am a closet HGTV junkie. I love architecture and re-doing homes. Good design is often hard to find in residential homes. Often the makeover shows very creatively fix common flaws found in most homes. Thanks for the great post!

Betina, I think that people need to look at other alternatives before selling a home as is.

Rebecca, thanks. I hope that you enjoy it.

Fred, I am looking for pictures of small renovations that people have done to increase the value.
