This week we installed our first billboard on Interstate-90 near Superior. This was quite a project as you can see. Kevin had to paint the background with primer as the billboard was a painted sign prior to installing our billboard.

The billboard measures 12' x 32' and starts about 10' off the ground. Fortunately we were able to borrow a lift from Lance at LRSignatureHomes for the installation.

The billboard is for a subdivision we have listed, RiverRidge. It's a beautiful development, nestled above the Clark Fork River. It has a series of trout ponds and walking trails and amazing mountain and river views. With lots starting at $39,000 it's a great investment for buyers! And the owners will even finance the lot!
