The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit

    Many first time home buyers that cross my desk are completely under educated on the benefits of buying a home. Even when one finally comes through they always have a problem with cash down. Well the government has come up with the solution for these parties, The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit.

    In the market we are currently in the first time home buyer has their own market. Prices are at rock bottom and you get your down payment back at tax time, Buying a home couldn't be easier!!! Here are the facts about it. You get 10% of the value of your home back at tax time up to 7500 dollars. If your single you can only make up to $75,000 to qualify, or a couple can make up to $150,000. It's a tax credit so when you file you taxes, if you owe the government $5000 they will give you $2500 dollars or if your getting a return of $500 then you will receive $8000.
