Well folks. Here we go. We will be seeing the following very soon be prepared..

Higher Interest Rates, We have to pay the debt somehow and we are really in debt now.
So My stratagy is put your money in CD's now and be ready.. The stock market is going to
be rough for a long time.

More Contract/Lease Sales, lack of lending banks Now.

In our office we are seeing a increase of people looking for Contract Sales.
People can't get loans because banks are not giving up money.

Get rid of your Credit Cards. The Interest on them is going to go way high...

I believe loans will be much harder to get and will require larg down payments. It's interesting to see Contracts for Deed are increasing in your area. Owners may have to take on the burden for financing their homes, if they want to sell.
