Looking to sell your vacant land in Westchester or Putnam Counties in New York?

Finding an Agent to sell your Vacant Land can be very frustrating. When I list a parcel of property for sale I do more than just stick it in the MLS!!! First I request any maps you may have of the property. Then I walk the property completely so I fully under stand the possible development or maybe reasons it can not be developed. Then I visit town hall to find out the possible uses and zoning requirements. If your property is salable, I look at recent sales in the area and more important I look at what your competition will be when we put it on the market.

The next thing that I do is implement my unique marketing plan for vacant land. This plan is a major reason I have a very good rate of sales vs expires.
