With an average list price of $507,278 and a median list price of $389,000 things could get confusing. So what price range is selling?
Out of the 129 sold listings for March 2007:
- 56 had a sale price from $200,000-$299,999, that accounts for 32% of the sold inventory.
- 40 sold from $300,000-$399,999, or 23% of the sold inventory.
- 30 were below $200,000 representing 17% of sold inventory.
Simply stated, roughly 72% of the inventory sold for under $400,000. For those from $400,000-$499,999, 19 units which represented 11% of the sold inventory. From $500,000-$749,999, 22 units sold representing 13% of the sold inventory. There were only 5 listings that sold for over $750,000.
