Beautiful Brooksville, Florida.  We are so lucky to live in such a wonderful place with rolling hills, pasture all less then hour from Ocala, Tampa and Orlando! Well, its spring!  The weather is fabulous and the smell of orange blossoms in the air.  The Buyers are out in fury this past weekend, in their great pursuit for the perfect equestrian estate.  Its going to be a good market in the months to come, just be steadfast, don't look back or dwell, just trail blaze ahead.  When the market returns the strong, determined professionals will be smiling all the way to the bank.  Always play fair and treat each new buyer as if they were your first.  You never know, you could be looking into the eyes of a million a sale.
