Why I do not do Property Management!

There's nothing more entertaining than a good 'ol tenant horror story. I really don't know who was worse, "Santa Claus" or the tenant. I wouldn't want either of them as my tenant.

For those of us that do property management, yikeesss!

A VERY good reminder to ALWAYS qualify! HA HA

I think this should have been titled "top 5 items to beat your boyfriend over the head with when he's done bad!" "The art of beating with a trash can or beer bottles" ! They are perfect candidates for the Jerry Springer show!

Makes getting stuck in the chimney less painful!
