  2. Where - location, location, location

  3. What - what are their dominate buying features (DBF)?

  4. Why - what are their dominate buying motives (DBM)? Why are they buying what they are buying?

  5. When - when do they need to move in (Timing)?

  6. How - how much down, per month, able/willing to spend, how's their credit?
