Hello fellow activerain aficionados

To get an upper hand on response to ourselves the emergence of response generated marketing is taking off.

I thought I would share some ideas that may bring some folks more business.

Remember when you would go walk a car lot because no one was going to drive you nuts on a Sunday at the dealership?

The same approach hold true to RGM.

The placement of small ads that offer the consumer something really has worked for me.

It may be a 2 x 3 ad with the BOLD header on top that reads Warning: "Do not list your home until you get this report.

The bulk of the short ad will read " 19 questions you must ask a Realtor before you list your home."

I always put my 800 number and the  800 number gets the phone number even when blocked.

If someone calls you, or contacts you they already have the idea of listing.

I follow up with a call that simply goes " I have your package for you, and I would also like to take a look at your home that you are interested in selling.

I have about 30 flyer's that I use, and they are going back into my documents.

FSBO, expired, or RGM material all I need is a little extra to my trade tools.

happy selling to you

Regards

Tom Braatz

Good reminder to use your IVR system to build new business and not just manage current business

Very good idea, I may implement in my area.

Tom,

This is something I should be implementing into my own marketing plan. I've never done it in the past and although I'm not near as savvy with total strangers as you are on the phone, I think I could learn after a bit more experience. Like you said, top salespeople are made, not born.....or, I think you said that about leaders, but I believe it applies to salespeople too, don't you?

I need to get a hold of you; I have some material that you can just plug in to your system.
