1.  All first time home buyers purchasing a home between April 9, 2008 and July 1st, 2009 are eligible for a tax credit of 10% of the purchase price up to $7500.  This tax credit is repayable over a 15 year period interest free.  The buyer can use this credit to assist in items for the home or any needs that they may have.  Call me and I can explain this in more detail.

2.  100% Financing is still available in some areas.  USDA Rural loans still offer 100% financing for rural areas.  Call me and I can let you know what areas are approved.  Believe me they may surprise you.

3.  Rates are still low.  Who remembers the days of 8.00%-9.00% rates on mortgages?  Those days will be back so lets take advantage of the rates in the 6.00% range today while they are still here.

4.  Home prices have come down and are very competitive these days with the inventory listed.  There are a lot of different plans and styles of homes available at great prices all around our state.
