   As you know I recently signed up for Active Rain, and I think it's a great site.  The ability to network and share information is great.  I'm really looking forward to the insights I can get from your radio show now too.   I also liked your theme: "Making a Difference one voice at a time".   The theme for my site "Agentspayingforward.com"  is "changing the world one transaction at a time".  I would like to say great minds think alike, but you have enjoyed far more success than I -but I'm trying.

Sounds like great fun!  How long before the Audio Library is complete?  I will undoubtedly forget to listen in or will get busy, and will be kicking myself for missing the first one.

Aloha Stephanie - this really is great news.  We are lining up some great shows with some Awesome guests! It will also help keep us connected and our members informed of what's going on in and out of the rain.

Donna - Don't forget to program in that phone number to speed dial, it's our permanent "talk show" number.
I may be a busy guy, but you and others are just as busy too!

You'll notice that our shows will only be 15 minutes long. 

In my opinion, busy people are more likely to listen to a 15 minute show or recording than they are 45 minutes to an hour, as long as the content and guests are worthy.  Would you agree?

My next show is the entire AR staff, which will be open to questions from members.  That will be cool and fun.

Russ - funny you mention that, it's partly what motivated me to do this.  So much information gets posted by so many people here, it's easy to "miss" much of the wonderful data that races by us daily.

How do we filter out and find/get what we need?  We're going to cover that in one of the upcoming shows with an expert who can show you how.

Very interesting, Brad.  It sounds like each of these will be like a live post on a continuing audio blog.  You are absolutely right about the 15 minutes.  Until you are actually on the air, you don't really realize how much info/music/commercial it takes to fill up one audio minute.  It's actually a very long time in audioland.  I'll pass along the single best advice I ever got about speaking on the air/into a mic -- when you think you are speaking slowly enough -- slow down.

This is show business on the audio stage, so break a leg, Brad!

Neal - Rich is a great speaker and writer.  He also authors a Blog on AgentGenius.  Will he remember you in the south?  I don't think you have anything to worry about my friend.  His heart and soul are evidenced everywhere in the rain. 

BTW - Since when are you worried about others and "Big Heads", aren't you the STAR that created "Week In Review?"  Don't forget us little people when.....    :-))

Cynthia - if you miss this show, you can join us next week, no worries.  I'm creating a library just for that reason.  When I said it's under construction, that's because we had no shows run yet!  lol~  Well, that's not entirely true, I did a test with Bob yesterday, and the info he shared was great so I kept it.  It's on the site now, but I don't know for how long...  :-)

Fran - WSN Radio was the first one I heard of that took me to their site. When I saw the opportunity to have our own account, of course I grabbed it. Maybe we should use the call letters "WARP" since everything in the rain goes at "warp" speed..... and it's thanks to all the: Wonderful Active Rain People. :-))

Suzanne - I am working on setting up an iTunes account today.  In the meantime, we'll have the downloadable .mp3 files avaialable which can be added to iPods, iPhones, CD's etc.  The Library will grow as we get more shows under our belt...

Bill - thank you my friend. I was hoping to have YOU on as a guest once week to talk about the many Social Networks you're a part of.  Topic could be, which one's work, and which one's don't.  That would be hot, I'm sure others would love to know? Are you game?  It's only 15 minutes on a Thursday morning? LMK.  :-))

Hi Brad! This sounds like a ggod time. I'll mark my calendar and hopefully I will be able to listen. I have been dabbling with radio for the past month with a taped show on WLAP630AM(TheWelcome Home Show). We tape on Wed. to air each Sat. at 10A. I'm getting better all the time with the format. Margaret Rome has been a big inspration to being on air without fear.

OMG!  What other tricks do you have up your sleeve?!  Do you EVER sleep?  I'm in and looking forward to it.  Thanks for all you do...

I was liking the WARP call sign but KBRad might just be the one!  Maybe we should have a contest for the call sign radio station.  KBRad has a great ring and concept behind it, It represents!!

Missy - that was actually a test, but when Bob was done (after the tech challenge in the beginning) haha, I told him that we should keep it as he shared some great information.  So there you have it and there it is. LOL~

WHAIL (as in save the whale / wail and the hail in a rainstorm)

WH2O (as in WHO is in the water/rain 2-day?)

WRIT (as in a written document---as in BLOG)

WELL (as in drawing rainwater from a well)

WORD (ok, NOT! but wanted to throw it in case someone else did!)

KYAK (as in yakking from your boat as you maneuver through the rain)

Just wanted to express my many thanks for all of the great resources you have provided on AR.  I can't imagine how much time and effort it takes for you to help out like you do.  I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of the information - It has been a tremendous help. 

I listened to the Blog Radio Tonight right after the RNC Speakers finished.  It was really interesting to hear the banter and discussions going on.  Very cool!

Now all I have to do is read over the materials, and then do it!

So, do I listen to this program through my computer or my radio?  Will it be broadcast only through audio, or will there be a transcript running with a delay?  (My office computer has no sound.)

Great interview with Bob Stewart - glad you didn't delete the "practice" as it was great information.  This may be a stupid question - I listened via the web - can we call into the # and listen from the road?  This was my first experience with Blog Talk Radio.

We're part of history here folks.  This is just the start of the Active Rain boom. There's simply noone better suited for this job than you Brad. You know the history of Active Rain, you've lived Active Rain and you've pretty much just started 95% of us on here so we already feel part of your world.  Rich Jacobsen conversely is Brad's Alter Ego side kick who has contributed just as much just from the official part of the aisle. Rich will be a great guest to have and i'm sure the both of you will make the rest of us proud.  We'll do our best to be there for this groundbreaking interview tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.

Great show today - I have it in my weekly calendar.  I had posted a question here about phoning in since I am not always at my computer.  Since you took questions from callers and many were not there when you did, I am wondering if you can distinguish those of us who are just listening from those that may have questions . . . just a thought.
