Happy Holidays

Whewww. Time to put my feet up and have a glass of wine. It's days like today that you either need to love real estate or find another profession. Property inspection in the AM & showing in the afternoon. Did I get a contract? Nooooooooo but I do have a great rapport with my clients, we have identified a couple of things to look into further, and eventually, this afternoons' endeavors will make me some money.

No, it's not 9-5 and I do know some short lived agents who hated having to block out week-ends, especially long holiday week-ends where all their friends are on the lake. But you know what? You do what you gotta do. That being said - tomorrow is family day - for me and my clients. Swimming pool, potato salad, cold beer. Yeah, that's why I'm selling real estate!
