'Make An Offer' Feature Added To The HomesByOwner.com For Sale By Owner Website

The HomesByOwner.com For Sale By Owner Website has added a ‘Make An Offer' feature. This will allow buyers to communicate with sellers to create an agreement with them.

When viewing a listing on our Durham Region FSBO site, you will notice under the photo a link titled ‘Make An Offer' under ‘Interested?'. A buyer can enter their information and send an offer to the seller. This does not create an agreement between the two parties, but saves time before drafting an offer.

Again what they don't say is that people who visit for sale by owner sites are not quality buyers. They tend to be investors, realtors, or bargain shoppers. So trying to save money going FSBO (for sale by owner actually can cost you more because you don't get quality traffic and your are competing with all of the other agents but with worse marketing and high prices.

Bottom line is a good Realtor can usually net you more then a Bad home owner trying to sell it themselves. I consistently take over FSBO listings and sell them for more than they couldn't sell them for and cover my fees and they walk away with more money and a sold home though what they can't get back is the wasted time and stress they spent trying to wing it on their own.
