Hello, everyone, happy Friday and hopefully a good 3 day weekend. I hope those folks fair well in Louisiana. Anywho...has anyone heard of the FHA Plus loan? This is a good product and it helps with the first time buyer assistance programs going way. Apparently, the buyer can still finance 100%, b/c they borrow the 3% down. This might have to be our next selling tool. It's a good way to get them in the door.

Will have to find out more after we miss the storm. Real Estate shut down here for the last couple of days. People remember Katrina all too well.
