In my office we are going to work on more training and goal setting.

Getting out there and touching base with friends and former clients.

Setting up some better systems, so we don't have to re-invent the wheel every time.

What are the things that you do to jump start things now that the summer is in it's final days and it's back to a regular work schedule?

All the best!

Kevin

I'm pushing 66, so I need to work SMARTER, not harder.  Just got a coach.

Hi Kevin. I like stealing your ideas!!:)

I have sent out my 100+notes.

I am canvassing neighborhoods with newsletters (targeting 1200 every two months).

Working on improving everything.

Going to 3 Buffini Turning Points before the end of the year!  I am so inspired from MasterMind08 and met many people who all plan to hit more Turning Points:)  We are going to get our fill of the good stuff, so that, we can have a great 4th quarter!

Congrats to Kenneth Cole on getting a Coach!  Whoo Hoo!

It's a Good Life!

Hi Kevin, great points.  I'm getting back to basics, using better time blocking, and getting out more!

Ken: There is a Famous Designer with your name, you should figure out how to use that.

Ken II: It's not stealing on the Rain, we like to share.

Frances: Just went to some training myself, it was really uplifting.

Melissa: Training helps mentally to put you in the zone.

Denise: Back to basics is always smart.

We are putting together a special fall postcard for our past clients and sphere.  Also, reconnecting with some past clients to check in and see how things are going.  It is good to keep in touch.  Even though we have a lot of high tech tools, relationship building is important.

My Fall activities are the busiest time of the year for me. I just sent out the Colts Football calendars to my sphere last week.  I am planning our annual October Hayride for past clients and those who refer.  I will give out pies for Thanksgiving to my "A" list of contacts, ornaments to those that bought new homes this year for Christmas and send out cards wishing them a Happy new year in January.  I hit this time of year hard because normally living in Indy where snow does make an appearance it gets a little slower in the fourth quarter.

Joan: It is all about personal touch/relationships.

Cindy: You are really pro-active and that is great! A lot of good ideas.  Thanks.

I am beginning an expired listing campaign.  I am also getting involved in my new community to try to meet as many new people as possible.
