It is similiar to the MREA book but much more down to earth and practical.

Jim, Gary Keller is a brilliant writer and thinker. His business plan, if followed correctly can really take agents to the next level. I was not aware of a new book. Looks like I have a new book to go read. I was just about to need a new one.

Second post I've read about his new book. Having seen him speak and read 2 of his books, I know this is a must read. I like the idea that they're adjusting to the new market, not just telling agents to do the same ol same ol. Can you buy it in book stores, or only online?
