It's Raining Deals!!

Well...after a dry spell of little to no great deals with equity, it's raining deals galore!

I've helped several investors and home buyers this week purchase homes with $30-40k in equity! Even with prices leveling out there are still great buys out there.

Thankfully, the Raleigh/Durham market never had the huge climb in value. It has saved us in this rough economic time.
