100% Percent Financing ---- I saw it today!

We thought it was gone but today I closed a transaction that gave the buyer a terrific rate, 30 year fixed, very low fees and 100% financing. The buyer even had credits from the seller so the net result was cash back to the buyer. So, have faith, there is 100% financing if you look for it. I'm sure the papers will never pick this new up....the news is too good. I'm going to post this lender on my website as soon as I get their permission.

I closed a sale last week with the buyer coming out of pocket with $500. I think this will cease after 9/30/2008

Our wonderful local Credit Union still offers %100 loans. They are in house loans that are not resold on the secondary market. A few of the LO's came to one of our monthly meetings to spread the word about this ittle known program.

I was told you still can get USDA 100% loans for rural areas.

Yucca Valley, CA, where I sell real estate, is considered a rural area and I've talked to some agents in the area who have recently worked with USDA loans. And I recently closed a deal with 100% financing, even though the rates were higher.
