So let me get this straight - I can get a place for free for 2 years and can rent it out? Now that's an incentive!

Yes, you must close on this new condo within 30 days and then you can rent it to earn income on your investment. The developer will in turn pay the first two year payments as I described. A great opportunity for those wishing to buy a luxury condo in Las Vegas near the Strip.
