Outlook Add-ins

What Outlook add-ins do you have that you can't live without? I'm looking to see how badly I can screw up VISTA since it HATES add-ins. While that seems to be true, I'm really looking to work smarter not harder. So, let's put our heads together and see what we come up with.

And I'll be your guinea pig and let you know what I added and had to get rid of - thanks to VISTA. If only my desktop and laptop hadn't crashed at the same time, I wouldn't have VISTA. Sigh.....

UPDATE: Vista is really slowing down my computer. I've had to remove almost all the add ins just to stop my computer from spontaneously rebooting. So, I'll have to shelve new add ins until I buy a MAC (sarcasm)

I know, but I'm still hopeful. I did find a nice Outlook Map Add In last night. I'll look up the url and post that tomorrow. I have to find it again.

The best one for me is GoToMeeting -- I can easily schedule a conference call or a webinar for the people I am working with.

I also use YouSendIt for large files that I need to send -- some people have limited email box size or capacity with each message

I have thought about adding Respond but have not made that jump yet. I have used Outlook as my contact management system but Respond is a real estate add on to Outlook. It is a little pricey but not as high as some.
