I'm stuck in front of this thing and I can't get up!
Ok, I will admit that after teaching technology to other agents for more than 10 years, I feel WAY behind the curve with SEO. I am working on Blogging, Social Networking and now I have to address getting my websites back up in the rankings. The more I learn about SEO techniques the more overwhelming it seems to be.
Today I attended a 3rd webinar with the Geek Master of SEO, Randy Eager. What an awesome webinar! If you haven't attended a webinar or don't know what that is, don't worry, it's just a tech way of saying that you went to a website to watch a presentation and called a phone number to get the audio portion.
I worked with Randy's ComputerCamp years ago and had great success on site placement. But, so many others, I got busy with the red hot real estate market and just let this part of my business go. Now I once again realize the importance of keeping up with technology on the web and have contracted with Randy again for his help.

I have not contracted with anyone for SEO work, but have found some great advice here on AR that has been paying off. I'm not where I want to be yet, but it's getting there.
You just stay in touch with agents areound the country. Look at sites on page one of google and you can learn a lot. Think niche market these days to get their faster.
Thank you for your kind comments. However those that read them should know that I am only half of the equation. You have always dealt with the best of website developers that could implement any code that I've needed to do. You can't believe how many agents there are out there that have very inexpensive template websites (not saying anything bad about template websites per se) and wonder why they can't get up to the top of the search engines right away.
We have been able to do it with yours because we have always had the ultimate flexibility to put in exactly the code that is required to put your website on top in a very competitive marketplace.
If there is one thing I would warn people of as a caveat, it is to be wary of those companies that say that they can do it all. They can build the website, do the online marketing as well as the SEO as well. Think about it. By definition, large companies like this can not afford the time nor the manpower to do this job personally like it deserves.
