LAS VEGAS CONDOS

 There some great investment opportunities happening all over the United States and prices are down, down, down. And these prices will be dropping more before the years out.

 Right around November - December is going to be the best time to purchase Real Estate Properties.

 Prices on homes, condos, etc, have dropped in value almost 50% already in Las Vegas - Nevada. There are condos that sold for $180,000 three years ago that you can pick up for around $80,000. And even cheaper if you purchase a REO.

 Myself, I am looking at purchasing several condos as close to the (Strip) as I can get. Reason, easier to rent out because most people that live in Las Vegas work on the Strip. Purchasing as close to the Strip is a good investment also because within the next five years give or take, big investors will come through and knock down the old condos and build straight up. And do you think you will make any money if they knock down the old to bring in the new, of course you will. Maybe three times what you purchased it for.

 Is there a problem getting renters out when their not paying the rent in Las Vegas, NO! You can have them out in as little as 2 months max.

AR members - Why is it that every time I post a blog about Real Estate, I don't get any comments. My associates keep telling me to post about your business, and try to get some Real Estate transactions.

 It is really sad when I have to comment on my own blog. Well I guess I can purchase some properties from myself and do a 1031 exchange and pay no taxes on the purchase.

Amazing how far the market has fallen. Here in Golden Valley it is not only a question of the prices dropping BUT NO ONE is buying ANYTHING regardless of price. Remains to be seen if Rhodes really comes in. I can't imagine it!

Linda - It will be a few years. I have heard many things about Golden Valley before the crunch. Have the prices gone down on large acreage down there is it holding?

I wouldn't mind having 40 acres down there if the price was right and sit on it for 5-10 years. How far is Golden valley from Laughlin?

Robert - you posted your blog at 2:00 in the morning! Most people are not awake at that time to leave a comment!!! LOL  There usually is less to say back about real estate posts. I'm in Florida, so there is not much for me to say about Vegas. BUT ...that doesn't mean that people are not reading it! And clients may be reading it, so don't worry about comments!
