You represent a buyer, they want to make an offer, Its a $600,000 purchase . There is a substantial amount of money on the table. Not only for you as a commission but for the buyer.

Imagine the house is offered at $650,000. Your offer is $600,000. You are about to save the buyer $50,000 and the last thing you want to do is fax over the offer.

Call the agent, let them know you have an offer and want to present in person. Your negotiation skills are needed in person, not on the other side of a fax machine
