Thanks for sharing the case study, DeAnna. Comcast also has a strong customer service presence on Twitter. And Jeremiah Owyang (who I 'met' through Twitter) recently wrote a post about branding on his Web Strategy blog. As more people adopt Twitter, we'll keep finding more and more uses for it.
