As I am cleaning out my Mother-in-Law's house, I came across a large scrapbook. It had a wooden cover and the pictures were held onto the page with those photo corners. I looked into it and saw my Mother- in-Law when she had to be first married. She was standing with people I had no clue who they were. And I got to thinking, that if I died tomorrow, would my children know who were in all my pictures? Probably not.

I cherish. I have pictures in there that are tin plate. All those family members are deceased and I haven't a clue. It's really sad. I have history in a book and I can't even share with my children. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do something about it.

Tonight I am going to start labeling all my pictures. And I am going to start writing a journal of all the family members I can remember. Don't wait until you can't ask anyone who are those people in the pictures.
