Something funky is going on. If you look at the real estate agents (all of them, not just by state) the first 10+ are ???? WHO? Lenn Harvey is still missing too!

They had the site shut down for maintence last night..maybe they are trying to fix something.  Good luck, I am sure it will be fixed.

Tiffany~ I figured something was going on with the site...  just thought I would have a little fun and see how long it takes Bob Stewart's google alerts to kick in....  or the activerain google alert to kick in... 

Whenever they shut the site down for updates etc...there is always funkiness the next day!  Let's hope they fix it fast.

I know where to find you.  I know it is more important for the consumer to find you.  Do you have any news for me?  What is going on?

Hi Vickie...I'm sure Bob will sort it out, be sure to Blog about your area and happenings in your area regularly, it's not really about AR ratings, but Google Juice for the Key word searches for your market, you want to be on top in Google. Post all your listing here in AR with the Street address 1st with a long description, such as "1324 anywhere street two bed two bath top floor condo in Owensboro" This stuff puts you at the top of the pages in Google with all those key words just blogging here in AR. Also referred to as long tail key words.

Hi Vickie wanted to stop for a visit. I am glad the problem was fixed..The one thing about AR ..they attack those problems immediately.  I Love Kentucky.. we use to visit Kentucky and Tennessee when I was growing up.  We raised horses ( Tennessee Palomino Walkers)  so Kentucky was a favorite. Vickie, the day I finally scrached my way onto Page ! of the AR whole shebang, there was some interloper with no face who zapped me back to Page 2.  It took them a couple of days to clear it up, and meantime I went nuts!

Patricia~ They actually fixed mine pretty quick but it was alarming at first to see that "interloper with no face, " but I got over it real quick and they really did fix it just the next day... 

I did a blog about the Opps, as well, I was shocked when Sharon & Bryant from FL were suddenly gone for people with 0 points.  At first I thought they were trying to promote the 'small fries' then it became quite apparent it was a big funny goof!!

I feel your pain my dear.  I got replaced by a dear colleague of mine on Localism with less than half the points...I was like huh?  MOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM somebody's being mean to me! :)

I haven't been blogging much lately, and saw my status drop.  Shame on me, but I just didn't have much to say!  I am glad you've been found!  You should never lose a good nurse!!
