These days we all have to find ways to maximize the use of our marketing budget.  I met with a former agent that was selling her signs and lockboxes.  In conversation about her new business we discussed ways that we could possibly network and share ideas.  She told me about a print company called GotPrint.com.  If you have not already found this company, you have to take a look.  I can get 1000 business card front and back for less than $25 (that is shipping included.)  They have options to design your own card to upload or you can use the templates on the site.  Previously I was spending $60-70 for the same quantity; I can get 5000 cards for this price!    The only thing I will caution you on is the use of photographs if you design your own card.  Be sure to use the proper format or the coloring of the photo might not be to your liking.

I have experience with photoshop software so I can manipulate my marketing materials myself.

Feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to help.

Best regards,
Mark

And to get some tips, tricks, ideas, and suggestions for that smallest ad that everyone carries around, read "It's in the Cards!" by Dr. Ivan Misner, the founder of Business Network International. What's in his book can be modified and adapted for use on stationery, envelopes, brochures, and even web site pages. It's a permanent holding in my library collection.

I've used Gotprint.com for my wakeboarding school brochures (Launchwakeboarding.com - shameless plug), and can recommend them highly.  Great prices, turn around times are good, and the prices are great.

I like VistaPrint for their quality and they are always adding new products.  The best thing is, once you order they send you emails for free products.  250 free business cards has about a $5 shipping charge.  You can order different text on your cards for different client situations.  It's great!  I only order items that are free (you still have to pay shipping though).

You will receive a special promotion when you order through this link. Just place a minimum order though, & then you will start receiving the emails for free products (about one a week)

We have been using overnightprints with great results for postcards and business cards, for flyers and other letter size printing we have used docucopies. Have the check this one out.

I have ordered from both VistaPrint and Overnight Prints, but GotPrint seems to have the better value for your dollar.  Overnight prints was my goto printing company until I found GotPrint.com.  Lynn, I do like the capability to create situation specific cards with vista print.  I still comparison shop with all of the companies to make sure I am getting the best deal possible.
