If you have been looking for a new home in Frisco, Texas... and have looked in Panther Creek... you know how expensive the homes in that neighborhood are.

In my endless search for excellent values for my new home buyers, I bring to you a really great home... not inside, but just on the edge of Panther Creek. It has all the goodies listed below, and is priced at $237,000.

This great home is 3350 Sq Ft, and has four bedrooms, three and one-half baths, and two living and two dining areas.  It is in the highly sought-after Frisco ISD, too.  The front presents a pretty streetscape with its brick and stone, and the triple covered porch areas... on the left, at the entry, and over one of the garage doors.

Besides the brick and stone exterior, some of the other features include a downstairs master suite, the extended front porch in front of the living room, large secondary bedrooms, large walk-in closets in all bedrooms, over-sized game room, 42 inch kitchen cabinets in the gourmet kitchen, hard-surface counter tops, crown molding, and a stone fireplace.

For you very own personal tour of this fabulous home... call the New Homes Hotline at (817) 929-3400.  Take a look... and then Call The Movers !

Great looking Frisco house Karen Anne. Very large size for that price too. Good luck with it.

I really like this one a lot.  It is very good looking and seems very well priced.  I like the roofline/elevation especially.  It just has a unique/custom feel to it for some reason.

Gary:  Yes, Frisco is such a great area... and if you look in the right places... you still can get a lot of home for your money.  Thanks for commenting.

Steve:  I agree.  I really like the view of the front of the home from the street.  The roof-line has a nice "custom" touch to it.  A great front elevation is so critical to the appeal of the home... and this one has it !
