It's interesting the way technolgy evolves over time. Just a few short years ago real estate agents were just beginning to blog and it was all text and very simply. Now more and more I'm seeing video and audio files added to their blogs.

I've just started getting into other types of content on my blog www.ThePhoenixRealEstateAdvisor.com with audio podcasts and soon I'll be bringing video to it. I found that bringing other professionals (lenders, stagers, inspectors, etc) into the audio podcast my viewers (now listeners) find the content more interesting.

Keep bringing us information on emerging trends...I'll be reading, err listening, err watching!

Question, what kind of camera are you using? very clear, and loved your topic. Nice to meet you! On the Farmers Market blog, ( as far as trends) I used a google pin point map, google street view map, and video interview on www.AnnArborTalks.com. I still have not figured out how to make things look and work as well on active rain.
