Great information! Community leaders have been talking for years about some of the substandard homes built out in the county where building codes do not exist.

While this is an added burden to home builders, the benefit to the Texas consumer is large. An added benefit in the out-years will be the increase in property values at resale.

This is a really fine thing the TRCC has done, for folk's having and buying homes built and remodeled, and rebuilded in area that do not have Municipal Inspections.

Sure would like to see that done up here, for folk's.
