Denise - your welcome. Sorry, I have not heard this but that does not mean that it would not work.

Cindy - I am new to blogging. I don't think it will hurt your blog, as we are using AR's outside blog, which is the same content.

Steve - According to Microsoft Word 2007 it should also work with Blogger. Thanks for the comment.

Hi Petra, You can also do this free with Windows Live Writer. Not with AR as far as I know.

Johnathan - Unfortunately, you can't use it on AR, but I'll type my blog in Word and then copy and past to AR.

Hi Karen: With image (Screen Shots) to include in my blogs, I use the Free Screen Hunter, although I'm not sure if that is what you're talking about.

It will be great when we can do this at Activerain, other blogs take the cut and paste properly and we don't have to add the photos later.  I am sure that it will be improved as we go along!

Petra, so let me get this straight as I just upgraded to 07, you have to put in not the URL of your blog but the http://JohnDoe.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php ?

Then do we log on with the password for out .org blog, will it work on WP.org blogs too?

Missy - You want to put in your URL, my explanation is only an example. As far as .org concerns, I can't be sure because I use the .com blog. However, Microsoft only specifies wordpress and therefore I would think it would work also with .org. I would also safe it as a draft before publish, it will allow you to go to your wordpress account to make changes if necessary and the chance for you to include tags. Hope this will help you and thanks for stopping by.

I use google docs a lot, I am going to have to try it out there.  I flip between my laptop and work computer and I am always seeking ways to have the information accessible to both without having to sync or use a remote app.

Eva - Have set up you account URL correctly:http://YourName.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php. Type in your user name and password you've set up with WordPress.
